Join us for these 2026 Events

Star Spangled 50/50 MEGA Raffle!
Get your raffle tickets from multiple locations throughout Iron County all summer long!
All proceeds support Museum.!

There will only be one winner for this MEGA raffle! Tickets will be sold through September 15th! Drawing will be held during A Night at the Races on October 3rd. You do NOT need to be present to win, but boy-oh-boy, wouldn’t it be SO fun if you were!

History Happy Hour Returns!
3rd Friday of June, July & August

Featuring a different topic and presenter each month, we share something interesting about our amazing county with a community elder and/or topic expert.

Rather than a formal presentation, we will gather at Toti’s Tavern for a town hall-style chat. You will be able to join in the conversation, sharing your thoughts and memories with your friends and neighbors. Join us for refreshments in Toti’s at 6pm. The conversation will begin about 645. Weather permitting, we’ll spill out into the courtyard. There are tables and benches, but feel free to bring your lawn chair or blanket to sit on if you’d like. Beer on tap from AMBC, wine, water and popcorn will be available for purchase and the gift shop will be open.

History Happy Hour: “Harold & Marcia Remembered”

Presented by Mike Ladd

A conversation recounting the lives and history, and how their dreams brought this Museum to life! From the glimmerings of an idea in 1962, to open exhibits in 1968, it is a marvel how it all came together. And who can forget the Junior Historical Society? Celebrate these icons of Iron County as family and friends prepare for their induction into the West Iron County School Districts Wall of Fame!

A Night at the Races: That 70’s Theme!

Join us for a hilarious evening of rivalry, races & shenanigans! This unique fundraising event will bring out the kid in everyone. Choose your horse, place your bets and enjoy the ride! Contests for hats and costumes (think 1970’s, bell bottoms, platform shoes, feathered hats, fringy suede vests!), AMBC brewskies, wine and signature cocktails race-track appropriate finger foods. You don’t want to miss out on this unique event!

The winning ticket for the Star Spangled 50/50 MEGA Raffle will be pulledduring this event!

This event is designed for grown-up fun and will include alcohol, betting and shenanigans not appropriate for miners.

The Museum’s biggest fundraiser featuring 50+ decorated trees, gift basket raffle with more than 60 baskets and special programs including Family Night, Business After Hours and more!

Galleria Tickets Available November 2nd

The Christmas Tree Galleria & Basket Raffle is the Museum’s annual fundraiser to help cover the cost of our utilities through the winter months. Featuring decorated trees and a Gift Basket Raffle where you could win one or more baskets valued at $50 – $500+!

Pre-Event Dates to Remember!

Sep 15 – Oct 15 Basket Donations: Bring your baskets to the museum. Please include your name, address, phone number, total retail value of your items and a list of the items in your basket. If you bring your basket AFTER Oct 15, it will not be listed in the newspaper and will likely not be professionally decorated.

Sep 15 – Oct 15 Reserve Your Tree or Space: Call or email to let us know you want to decorate a tree. Be sure to tell us if you are decorating one of our trees or bringing your own.
NEW THIS YEAR: Holiday Decorations OUTSIDE! (We do not have power or outdoor trees, so please use your own solar lights, etc.) Outdoor decorations do not need to be trees but they must be securely fastened so they don’t blow away in the wind. Be a part of a brand new tradition here at the museum!

Oct 15: All Baskets are Due! If you bring your basket AFTER Oct 15, it will not be listed in the newspaper and will likely not be professionally decorated.

Nov 2: Raffle Tickets Go On Sale & Tree Decorating Begins!

Nov 2 – 23 Indoor Trees & Outdoor Decorations!
